We've seen this airport before. We've seen this exact staircase, this exact "wait!", this exact bag someone insists on carrying because sprinting empty-handed apparently isn't dramatic enough. The plane never leaves on time in these stories, and love never arrives on time in real life — that's the whole trope, and we're not above it.
This design doesn't pretend the cliché is beneath us. It just refuses to render it lazily. Bold linework, real stakes, zero brochure softness — because if you're going to chase a plane for love, you should at least look good doing it.
